What we collect

When you send a quote request we store what you type: name, email, optional phone, treatment, city, travel window, country and message, the page you sent it from, the date, a one-way hash of your IP address (for spam limits) and your country as reported by our hosting provider. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.

Who sees it

With your consent, we share your request with up to 3 clinics in the city you chose, and we email you their names. We never sell your details or share them with anyone else.

Health information

Keep your message to what clinics need for a quote. You do not have to give medical details to use this site.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time through the contact page. We will confirm by email.
